Who we are

Trillionaire is a mobile game for iPhone and Android made by GF creative agency. The controller responsible for this policy is GEORGE FARCAS DESIGN SRL. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean GEORGE FARCAS DESIGN SRL.

What the game collects

Nothing. Trillionaire does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect, store or share personal data. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Your progress stays on your device

Your levels, stars, stickers, challenges and settings are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us.

Weekly notes

If you allow notifications, Trillionaire sends one light note about money a week. These notes are scheduled on your phone by the game itself: there is no server and no account behind them, and nothing leaves your device. You can turn them off at any time in the game’s Settings or in your phone’s settings.

Purchases

The one-time “Full game” unlock is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your name, card or payment details. The store only tells the app whether the unlock is owned, so the app can open the full game and restore it when you ask.

Leaderboard

The worldwide leaderboard runs on Apple Game Center (iPhone) and Google Play Games (Android). If you choose to sign in, Apple or Google handle your player name, avatar and score (the fictional amount you have spent in the game) under their own privacy policies:

The money is fictional

All money in Trillionaire is fictional. The euros you spend in levels are not real and cannot be cashed out. The only real payment is the optional unlock, made through your app store.

Children

Trillionaire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, of any age.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data held by Apple or Google, such as your Game Center or Google Play Games profile, use their privacy tools.

This website

This page is part of gfcreativeagency.com, which is hosted by Framer. The agency website uses Google Analytics to count visits. Nothing you do in the game is shared with this website.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
